** PLEASE BE AWARE ALL FOOD IS COOKED AND DONATED BY THE RESTAURANTS FOR FREE, SO FOOD IS LIMITED AND WILL RUN OUT. IN PREVIOUS YEARS FOOD HAS SOLD OUT BY 3-4PM WITH POPULAR STALLS SELLING OUT EVEN FASTER! TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Do I need a ticket for my child? Children under 16 are free to attend but must be accompanied by a paying adult. Please select a free ticket when buying a full priced adult ticket.

Are pets allowed? Yes we love dogs! It is however a crowded event with lots of children present so please be aware if your dog is antisocial you may be asked to take him/her home (or at least for a walk around the block until he/she stops barking!)

How do I get there? Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus are the nearest tube stops, but any buses to Tottenham Court Road station or Shaftesbury Avenue are within walking distance.

Are there allergy/vegetarian options available? With so many incredible restaurants taking part, there is an array of amazing dishes being prepared for the event. We had lots of BBQ based dishes last year, as well as some delicious dishes for the vegetarian guests. We ask the restaurants to add allergen details to their dish sign for those gluten/dairy free guests.

How can I volunteer? Volunteers are allowed to attend the event for free after a 2hr shift on their chosen day, be it helping set up the day before or clear up in the evening. See our tickets sections for more details.
